What to include

Whether you were on the website or in the iPhone app, and the app version from Settings.
What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
Which storage is connected: Dropbox or Google Drive.

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, storage tokens or private photos. We never ask for them.

Where are my photos? In the folder the app created in your own Dropbox or Google Drive. The service keeps the catalogue; your provider keeps the files.
Who can see my library? You and the family members you invite. Password-protected links show only the photos you choose.
How do I delete my account? In the app under Settings, or on the website under Settings. See the Privacy Policy for what is removed and when.
Which iPhones work? The app needs iOS 26 or later. The website works in current browsers.
